April 2021

Cynhaliwyd grwp trafod gan CGFFfC ar 21ain Ebrill ar ôl i Ysgrifennydd Cyffredinol y Cenhedloedd Unedig, António Guterres, alw ar bobl o bob cwr o’r byd i gyfrannu at uwchgynhadledd hanesyddol. Bydd Uwchgynhaledd Systemau Bwyd y CU yn helpu i “sefydlu cyfeiriad y dyfodol ar gyfer systemau bwyd a chyflymu gweithredu ar y cyd tuag ato”.

Y ffordd o wneud hyn oedd trwy “Dialogues”, cyfarfodydd i bob pwrpas sy’n casglu amrywiaeth eang o bobl â diddordeb i drafod dyfodol systemau bwyd. Roeddem am i lais Cymru gael ei gynnwys, ac felly cynhaliwyd Ddeialog wedi’i seilio ar Nodau Llesiant Cymru a nodwyd gan Lywodraeth Cymru yn 2015.

Dyma’r ffurflen a anfonwyd i’r Cenhedloedd Unedig. (yn Saesneg)

WRFFC held a discussion group on 21st April in response to a call by the UN Secretary-General, António Guterres, to people all over the world to contribute to an historic summit. The UN Food Systems Summit will help to “establish the future direction for food systems and accelerate collective action towards it”.

The way of doing this is through “Dialogues”, effectively meetings that gather together a wide variety of interested people to discuss the future of food systems.  We wanted Wales’ voice to be included, and therefore convened a Dialogue based on Wales’ Wellbeing Goals that were set out by the Welsh Government in 2015.

Here is the feedback form that was sent to the United Nations.

Hefyd, anfonwyd yr adroddiad hwn i Senedd Cymru. Mae’n cynnwys manylion sydd yn fwy perthnasol i Gymru. (yn Saesneg).

This report was also sent to the Senedd. It contains details that are more relevant to Wales.

Hoffem ddiolch y tîm hwyluso, y tîm technegol, O’r Mynydd i’r Môr (am adael i ni ddefnyddio eu cyfrif Zoom) a phawb a gymerodd rhan yn Deialog.

We would like to thank the facilitation team, the technical team, Summit to Sea (for the use of their Zoom account) and everyone who participated in the Dialogue.
